toujours la même personneUpdate took no more than 45 minutes. Seem to get more battery bars now. Scangauge shows higher SoC.
Battery bars now near the top. Before update Scangauge showed around 67% charge, now around 70%. Battery seem to recover a lot faster. Will monitor and report back in a few days.
The notes stated that they updated the Engine ECU, Hybrid ECU and the Battery Controller. I noticed that it keeps a higher SOC and last night the trip computer stated 61.5 MPG which has never been that high when it's cold out. I'm sure that they included some improvements with the software without saying anything.
I noticed the Battery recovering much faster as well.
AGG09A EOE -reflash motor generator & power management. ECU - ECM calibration system update complete. EOE 0.70.
I don't like the warning on the screen.. I know to put my foot on the brake to start the car… Duh it won't start and go in gear without doing such...
I drove the car to downtown LA tonight and there is ONE significant thing I noticed. During heavy traffic on the 101, I put the car on EV mode. With the headlights, radio, AC on and full of passengers, normally it would only run a few feet before draining the battery. Well, I drove for about a mile on EV mode alone and there's only 1 bar missing on the battery. Amazing! I have never seen my Prius do this before. Also, the battery seems to be always full even on ECO mode. I take the same route everyday to work and I know that at the certain point, the battery will only have 2 bars left. (a long uphill drive) This never happened tonight, instead the battery remained fully charged with only 1 bar missing. Other than that, the car feels the same to me.
I notice no difference after the update, but I did hear that someone else thought their traction control was more limiting than before
